The first story, Belle as we all know is from Beauty and The Beast.
To see what your friends thought of this book, please sign up. The 2nd novella was the one I liked best. It was within blink of an eye. Even though it was a bit of a shorter story, and most of it was talking about her home and move, it was still fun and interesting.
I don’t really enjoy the story of “Snow White” but this one had me hooked to the very end.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder—and love grow stronger—in three romantic fairy tale retellings from the author of Once. I didn’t like it. That’s the perfect way to describe this omnibus. I harboured a deep anger about how the other stories ended. In this version, Belle short for Annabelleis the third daughter of a rich family. And I want to introduce an interesting character to you as well!
I had to look up its origins before I actually read it, and it wasn’t as enjoyable as the first story. I love fairytales, I really do. I felt that we did not doey understand Belle’s relationship with the Beast because he was only mentioned pages in and the book This book is a compilation of 3 different fairy tales written by the same author. Altogether, I would say “Kissed” definitely worth the read. It took me 3 kisssed to read it because I wanted to read each story separately, not at once.

I liked the beginning of the book because I was able to understand how Belle felt that she hadn’t lived up cwmeron her name, and that s I thought that Belle was beautiful, but in different ways than I imagined. Want to Read saving…. Kissed is a bind-up of three retellings by Cameron Dokey. It felt very forced.

Compared to Once, this just throw me off. Jun 07, Alex rated it liked it. And then there was the day that I arrived. I was a little confused! Overall, I really enjoyed this one. I had to look up its origins before I actually read it, and it wasn’t as enjoyable as the first story.
Although “Winter’s Child” wasn’t as good as “Belle” almost, not quite! Of course I knew who was going to end up with whom.
The writing style was great. But Belle still hadn’t met her “true love” by the middle of the story. Here I will be reviewing the shape of this anthology based in the stories the author chose to combined within, and only a portion of my thoughts on the individual stories will appear.
Anyway, it’s not really my cup of tea. Books by Cameron Dokey. All in all, if you like reading retelling or fairy tales, I kind of recommend this book.
The only story that left my with cqmeron half-smile is the first story. I think that all the stories were well written and gave a new spin in fairytales.
I jissed love to have seen this become a series. Along the way she comes across some obstacles. Marianne rated it it was ok Jul 17, As a result, I disappeared entirely.
